”CykelVasan”

”CykelVasan” has one class for competitors, more than 90 km, starting in Sälen and finish in Mora. The exercise class, with two distances, 30 or 45 km, starting in Oxberg and finish in Mora. There is no limit for number of participants in the two shorter races at the moment. The hope is that even more people will explore cycling in the VasaloppArena.

As the winters skiingrace Vasaloppet, the cycle race passes all the famous stops along the VasaloppArena. The track is a mix of dirt roads, tarmac roads and forest roads.

VasaStafetten

The feeling of community, the nature and the atmosphere are the characterstics of  VasaStafetten. Your team will take in turns to run the track Vasaloppet, a challenge and also a lot of fun.

VasaStafetten is a well known since 1991. This joint performance could be the start of more regular training toghether with the goal on future races. We are looking forward to this highlight of the summer. Come and join us!

StavgångsVasan (Nordic walking)

StavgångsVasan started in 2003. Nordic walking is a type of training that is fun and is getting more common as a way of exercising, both for all kinds of athletes. From the beginning this was a simple activity, walking with ski poles, during the Mora Health week. Today it is a recreational race in the classical track of Vasaloppet.

You can choose between tre distances, 19 km, 9 km and 3 km. Starting at Hökberg, Eldris or the ski stadium at Hemus. This recreational has no timing, but is a sound, a bit challenging and memorable experience in fantastic nature.

Here you find all kinds of people. Fom the elite trained to the group of friends who just enjoys a day out together. The mix of people, the surroundings and the atmosphere is entierly in the spirit of Vasaloppet.

There is no winner in this race but your starting card is also a ticket for a lottery with great prices for everyone that completes the race. So don’t put your poles away for the summer. Welcome to Mora to participate at StavgångsVasan.
